I did a picture of Rouge something like this on my website for Halloween, and when I showed my bf he was like " that's so out of character, Rouge wouldn't dress like that" So I was like "but it's for halloween!" XD I'm just glad to find a like minded soul!

hahaa, do u have it on yur deviant account? cuz i went to look for it after i read yur comment but i couldnt find anything =( if u did a certain thing in sonic adventure 2 battle then u unlock a rouge witch costume (so hard for me to go turn on the game and use it right now :heart: :heart: :heart: hahahaha) THEN u ge to see quite an 'interesting' look for Rouge :love:
